Tortillas coming off the conveyor belt must be cooked on a griddle (plancha) or comal (no tortilla oven included).

The Ventura Flex TM-105® is specifically designed to make only corn tortillas. You can use any type of masa made from corn, whether it's from a flour like Masienda Heirloom Corn Masa Harina or Masa Taquera, or made fresh from nixtamalized whole kernel corn.
