Masienda is committed to customer satisfaction. Should you experience any product defect, originating at the manufacturer or in transit, or experience dissatisfaction with our products, please send us an email to [email protected] with your order number and we’ll work with you to find a solution. We kindly request you to reach out within 15 days of receiving your order.
Once your request for return is accepted, a return shipping label will be emailed to you and a $12 flat-rate will be deducted from your refund. You can expect to receive your credit within one week. If you would prefer to pay for return shipping, your refund will be issued once the item is received and processed.
Please note that we are unable to accept returns on any open or used items, foods and ingredients, and Molinito is not eligible for return. See additional information below.
Molinitos are non-refundable, outside of any shipping or manufacturer defects. A six-month-from-date-of-receipt guarantee applies. Should any issue arise outside of this timeframe, please let us know and we will do our best to work with you to find a solution.
Cookware & Homegoods
Returns of cookware and homegoods (e.g. Tortilla Press, Comal, Molcajete, Tortilla Warmer) must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order. Masienda is unable to accept returns on any open or used items. Masienda reserves the right to deny a return for any items it deems to have been used or compromised in appearance, quality, etc. Please reserve original packaging for return shipping.
Ingredients & Foods
Ingredients and food products (e.g. Heirloom Corn, Beans, Masa Harina, Salsas, etc.) are non-refundable, even if unopened, due to health and safety concerns with restocking. Should you experience any quality issue or damage from shipping, please send us an email to [email protected] and we’ll make it right.
