Masienda is committed to customer satisfaction. Should you experience any product defect, originating at the manufacturer or in transit, please send us an email to shop@masienda.com and we’ll work with you to find a solution. Please note that we are unable to accept returns on any open or used items, and Molinito is not eligible for return.

Ingredients & Foods

Ingredients and food products (e.g., Heirloom Corn, Beans, Masa Harina, Salsas, etc.) are non-refundable (even if unopened) due to health and safety concerns with restocking. Should you experience any quality issue or damage from shipping, please send us an email to shop@masienda.com and we’ll work with you to find a solution.

Cookware & Homegoods*

Returns of cookware and homegoods (e.g., Tortilla Press, Comal, Tortilla Warmer, Books) must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order. Masienda is unable to accept returns on any open or used items. Masienda reserves the right to deny a return for any items it deems to have been used or compromised in appearance, quality, etc. Please reserve original packaging for return shipping.

Once received and processed, refunds can take up to a week for your bank to generate in your account. Outside of warranty-related issues, Masienda will charge a 25% restocking fee (covering shipping and handling). 

Please contact shop@masienda.com with your return request and order number to initiate a return.

Molinitos are non-refundable, outside of any shipping or manufacturer defects. A 6-month-from-date-of-receipt guarantee applies. Should any issue arise outside of this timeframe, please let us know and we will do our best to work with you to find a solution.
