I love your cheese! Where is it from?
Our queso Oaxaca is sourced from Queso Campesino, a family-owned Mexican American cheesemaker in Colorado. All of the cheese is made with whole milk from cows not treated with rBST hormones. Only vegetable rennet is used, which means these cheeses are vegetarian-friendly.
