Customer Satisfaction/Return Policy
Masienda is committed to customer satisfaction. Should you experience any product defect, originating at the manufacturer or in transit, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll work with you to find a solution. Please note that we are unable to accept returns on any open or used items, and Molinito is not eligible for return.
Ingredients and Foods Products (e.g., Heirloom Corn, Beans, Masa Harina, Salsas, etc.)
Ingredients and food products are non-refundable (even if unopened) due to health and safety concerns with restocking. Should you experience any quality issue or damage from shipping, please send us an email to email@example.com and we’ll work with you to find a solution.
Hardware* (e.g., Tortilla Press, Comal), Artisan Goods (e.g., Earthenware Tortillero), Books
Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order. Masienda is unable to accept returns on any open or used items. Masienda reserves the right to deny a return for any items it deems to have been used or compromised in appearance, quality, etc.
Return shipping costs will be deducted from the original purchase price for any product, unless you choose to independently coordinate shipping back to Masienda.
Once processed, refunds can take up to a week for your bank to generate in your account. Outside of warranty-related issues, Masienda reserves the right to a 20% restocking fee.

Molinitos are non-refundable, outside of any shipping or manufacturer defects. A 6-month-from-date-of-receipt guarantee applies. Should any issue arise outside of this timeframe, please let us know and we will do our best to work with you to find a solution.
Local Pick-Ups (not picked up)
If your order has not been picked up within 45 days from date of purchase, we will issue a refund, minus a 5% restocking fee.
