What’s the difference between Non-GMO Masa Flour and Masa Taquera?

Non-GMO Masa Flour is slightly more corn-forward in flavor with a delicate texture and a finished masa that’s white in color. It's great for applications like tamales or gluten-free baking, as well as tortillas.

Masa Taquera is more nixtamal-forward, for that classic tortillería flavor. Because of the high alkalinity, it produces golden yellow tortillas (though made with white corn) and is a bit more forgiving to work with—super pliable and sturdy for tacos. It’s almost hard not to get a puff!
