Usage+
This book shows cooks how to recreate classic Mexican street food staples like Al Pastor Tacos as well as inventive twists on traditional dishes like Duck in Mole Negro Tamales. QR codes throughout the book provide visual instruction for techniques like shaping bolillos, folding tamales, and more, providing chefs of all levels the tools they need to create delicious Mexican food at home.

The Story of Us

Jorge and Fermín first bonded over a shared love of traditional Mexican food and loyalty to heirloom corn. What started as a product partnership (look for Fermín’s famed TORTILLAS hat on the online shop soon!) evolved into discussions about how much mayo was too much on a torta (answer: there’s no such thing) and whether using yellow onions in Mexican cooking is sacrilege.
