Brilliant Blue

Our Heirloom Blue Corn Masa Harina is sweet, nutty, and earthy in flavor and makes for pillowy soft tortillas (or sopes, tlacoyos, cornbread or even pancakes) with a deep blue hue. This variety has all the nutritional benefits of our other colors of nixtamalized Heirloom Corn Masa Harina, such as fiber, magnesium, calcium and niacin (vitamin B3). Plus, it gets its bright color from anthocyanins, naturally occurring dyes with antioxidant properties like those found in blueberries.
