Why Our Masa Is Different
Why Our Masa Is Different
As masa experts, we are building a better supply chain from scratch to feature heirloom corn that is grown, nixtamalized, and milled in Mexico. We use the whole kernel to preserve its most flavorful and nutritious components. It’s clear from the way the masa sparkles — it is not just beautiful, but also reflective of the masa’s natural binding agents, which make for a soft yet pliable dough. For these reasons, it’s a favorite of some of the best chefs and restaurants in the world. But don’t take their word (or ours) for it. Try for yourself — happiness guaranteed.

Taking Tacos to a New Level
We’re of the mind that the tortilla makes the taco. You've put so much love and care into your toppings and fillings – scouring the farmers market for the freshest ingredients, spending hours stewing meat, pickling onions, and grinding salsa – why serve the fruits of your labor atop a mediocre tortilla? Once you've embraced the homemade tortilla, t’s hard to go back to store-bought.
