“Neighbors y Socios” Enamel Eagles Pin

Neighbors y Socios. Vecinos y Partners.

With growing political tensions surrounding recent US-Mexican relations, MiniSuper Studio created this open-source icon to signify the friendly partnerships that exist between these two countries. This symbol–composed of the American eagle and Aztec eagle facing one another, forming a heart shape in the center–is used in an effort to promote unity between these cross-cultural neighbors.

Here, the icon appears on enamel pins, made in Mexico City through MiniSuper Studio.
