Dalia's individual coffees are shade-grown at high elevation to intensify their inherent flavor. Washed-processing coaxes out the flavor and nuance imparted uniquely to each coffee by the hands and lands that produce them.

Dalia, a blend from BUNA, is sourced from Guerrero, Oaxaca, and Veracruz, with the majority coming from the Costa Grande region of the Mexican state of Guerrero.
