Our Yellow Cónico is grown in the both Estado de México as well as in Tlaxcala and produces a light and lovely golden masa. Along with Blue Cónico and Red Cónico, classic Yellow rounds out our offerings of this delectable, versatile heirloom corn that we find ourselves reaching for again and again.
